What do you like about what you do and why you do it?
I love what I do. Like meeting a wide variety of people, I like helping people understand Medicare. I love making lasting relationships with my clients.

Tell a little about yourself and/or accomplishments you are proud of.
I became an independent agent so I could represent my clients more seriously and offer a greater variety of products. In 2006, spent 3 weeks in Louisville KY as a new agent with Humana, attending Medicare Advantage: "boot camp". Extensive training for the new (at the time) Medicare Advantage plans. 3 long weeks, but exceptional training! Experience and good listening skills make me a successful agent!
